New book-related initiatives

Do have a look at the Book Trust Home Time which you can find at www.booktrust.org.uk . This is aimed at parents, grandparents and children and includes free online books and book related videos, games, quizzes and fun at home with authors and illustrators.

COME TO OUR SUMMER PARTY

Our summer party is taking place on Tuesday 2nd June, at St Mary's Church, 6.30 - 8.00pm.  

Drinks and refreshments from 6.30 to 7.30pm. And then we are delighted that our patron, Gyles Brandreth, has agreed to entertain us from 7.30 to 8pm.

Tickets for members and guests are now on sale at £20 each. Please contact Louise Carr using the button below with the names you are booking for. She will send you the bank account details for payment.
